Where will services be provided?
Services are provided in the comfort of your own home. Teletherapy services are also available.
Do you accept insurance?
TAKODA LLC currently does not accept insurance. TAKODA LLC accepts private-pay clients and is considered an out-of-network provider. A *superbill can be provided upon request for potential reimbursement. Please contact for rates.

What forms of payment are accepted?
Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Please note a processing fee will be applied for credit card usage. Payment is due at the time of service.
Do you require a doctor's referral?
No, a referral is not required for private-pay speech and language services. If you plan to submit a superbill, please check with your individual insurance carrier to see if it is required for reimbursement. A referral can be obtained by your pediatrician if needed.
Can speaking two or more languages delay my child?
No, research suggests that learning more than one language does not cause confusion or delays. Read more in the blog below!
Can you attend my child's IEP meeting?
Yes, parents have a right to invite anyone who has special knowledge of their child to an IEP meeting.
Separate rates apply for the attendance of IEP meetings.
