You can email previous evaluations conducted for review to takodaslp@gmail.com. An evaluation/screening is required prior to services being rendered. This helps guide our treatment goals, therapy approach, and frequency/duration of services.

Once scheduling has been solidified, treatment will begin in the comfort of your home or via teletherapy. Frequency and duration will be discussed depending on your child's needs.

TAKODA LLC currently accepts private-pay clients and is considered an out-of-network provider. A *superbill can be provided upon request for potential reimbursement. Please contact for rates.
